For the last five years, Marie Robert has written a text of 2,000 characters every morning and shared it on social media. This daybreak reflection has become a daily encounter with more than 135,000 followers.

The book, illustrated with 12 original collages by Lia Rocas-Paris, is a collection of 160 timeless texts which guide us to approach the day with a philosophical outlook.
