French Pre-Empt for Literary Debut, “Everyone’s Talking All At Once”
American-British debut author Rory Squire’s sexy and darkly comedic debut Everyone’s Talking All At Once was pre-empted by Cardinal in the US and auctioned to Weidenfeld & Nicholson in the UK. A portuguese pre-empt by Dom Quixote followed, as well as most recently a French pre-empt by Les Escales.
Pitched as Lars Von Trier meets Katherine Heiny, Everyone’s Talking All At Once is a thrilling exploration of a pivotal night in a couple’s relationship, in which scenes from the bedroom interlace with scenes from the dinner party they just attended.
