Hodder & Stoughton’s Cara Chimirri signs two new books by Rachel Rowlands

Hodder & Stoughton’s Editorial Director, Cara Chimirri, has recently signed two books by Rachel Rowlands with World English rights acquired from our agent, Thérèse Coen, for Snowed In at the Cat Café and its follow-up title Bake Off at the Cat Café!

Translations rights for Cat Café have already sold in seven territories, including in a pre-empt in Italy, at auction in France, and in Germany and the Netherlands.

Rowlands describes her novel as a “wintry romance” and a “celebration of cats and of the joy and healing they can bring to us”. She says she is “so excited to be joining Hodder as part of their new list.” You can read more about Rowlands work on her website here!
